Step 1: Click on ?
Step 2: Click Live Chat
EDIT: STEP 2-A: If Live Chat does not show, you may need to change Region and/or Language to English.

Step 3: type the following: I have not received Commendation Pack from Operation Exorcist that was held from April 27th thru 29th. I completed this mission on (insert date you remember doing it).
Step 4: May need to provide email associated with account.
Step 5: Log back into game.
Step 6: Click Multiplayer
Step 7: Click Store
Step 8: Open Commendation Pack
Step 9: Jump up and down on the couch and scream "By Great Odin's Beard, I have It !!!"
Step 10: Look around and quietly get off the couch and slowly walk back to your game.
Step 2: Click Live Chat

Doesnt work for everyone. I did that and they couldnt get me the pack. They said that they are working on it and keep trying to see if I get it and if not contact them again.

I agree. But you can be pro-active and get it done sooner rather than later.

Yes there is, and you're right, it shouldn't be necessary, but EA sucks.

If there isn't a Live Chat button, you may need to set your language settings to English and/or your country to the USA to get it to show up.
That said, I'm trying Live Chat for the second time today - the first attempt apparently didn't take
Eta: got it this time. If you contact Live Chat, keep them on the line while you check to make sure it arrives so you don't have to go through that queue again!

When I click Live Chat in the client, it opens up a chat box, but the entire box is greyed out, and on top is a message saying "Thankyou for contacting EA". I assume this isn't what's supposed to happen?

live chat helped me (i have to change origin language from polish to english us to get this chat feature).

To me they said, that they are working to solve the problem with the commendation packs and that it could take a couple of hours more. I didn't get the pack straightaway.

Many thanks to the wonderful soul of SimplyNeo for his advice. I chatted with the EA worker, who was very nice, and solved the problem in just a few minutes.
Too bad I found just an eagle, you can't have everything I guess.

I didn't have my pack, and I completed several gold extractions last weekend. Did the live chat, guy said it was fixed. I'll go check now.

Simplyneo, thanks for that, did have to set language to English(US) tho to get the live chat button. But thanks a lot they resolved it in a matter of minutes and yay I got the Valiant sniper rifle!
