Bronze: I Rambo as whoever the F I want to
Silver: I semi-carefully Rambo once I'm about level 8 or higher
Gold: I'm the one who cowers behind everyone else, placing my Geth heal-turret beside my allies and spamming Overload all day, 'erryday, while firing my peashooter GPSMG and Avenger. If I'm a Salarian it's the same except Decoy + Energy Drain spam, and if I'm a Quarian Engineer it's offensive turret tossed into the masses + Incinerate spam.
...... I basically only play supportive Engineer's on Gold =X
So what role do you normally play in the team?

I TRY to play support, but somehow find myself round that one corner where all the heavies have spawned and I have to Rambo it through a crowd... My friends think I do it on purpose, though my high girlyman like shrieks of terror over themicrophone should really clue them into the real situation.

Bronze: Dunno, haven't played that in months
Silver: Engineer, Sentinel, or Adept. Softening up enemies, priming or setting off explosions. All lightweight kits
Gold: Supportive Engineer or BE-happy Sentinel.

There ARE no roles to play in Bronze. It's a freaking pub crawl.
For Silver, I'm watching the guy on the objective and going out of my way to revive people if no one else is close enough.
For Gold, I'm hanging back with everyone else just making sure we get those credits we're after. So as long as no one loses their mind and thinks bringing the Widow with them, we should do just fine.

Depends on class. If I'm an adept/human sentinel, I'm booming heavies. If I'm an infiltrator, I'm rez pony, objective capper and headshotting everything. If I'm gethginner, healbot camper. Murdertrain or novaguard means charging into groups in sight of my team so they can clean up while I charge and distract.

Bronze/Silver? I'm a damn T-1000 in space.
Gold? Tanking with a Kroguard and weeping anytime a Banshee appears.

I also play mostly engineers on gold with occasional Sentinels and adepts for a twist.
Being a support guy doesnt bother me and I dont mind not being the top scorer.

No-one would be that foolish!

Bronze: Krogan Soldier, Vanguard, or Batarian. Just a melee, heavy pain fest.
Silver: Play a bit more supportive but still in the action. Krogan Soldier, Turien Sentinal, or a Salarian Engineer. Typically try to run objectives. Like to trigger explosions.
On Gold, an Infiltrator to run objectives, set up/trigger tech explosions, and provide support. Adept if I want point and blow up the entire wave.

I'm usually an Adept or an Engineer, if I'm an Adept I can usually do decently on the leaderboard, but if I'm an Engineer, usually I'm just doing assists and battlefield control.

Salarian Infiltrator with Power Amplifier 3 makes a good excuse to break out the Widow/Javelin actually.

I'm always support. I almost never host, and I don't trust my weapon skills (in terms of aiming and actually hitting what I'm shooting at) even if I do. Although I do tend to go off my own some (even on gold) to check that nothing's coming onto the group from behind. But that's sort of a defensive rambo approach rather than running off looking for kills.
Preferred class is Asari Adept (don't have the newer version yet, but that defense shield annoys me; sometimes have trouble seeing enemies through it). I tend to warp+throw, using stasis bubble where it makes sense, sniping with a scoped pistol (Eagle or Carnifex II) or a scoped Avenger X.
I'll also play Salarian Engineer a fair amount, along with Human Sentinel. Both with virtually the same defensive playstyle as the Asari Adept, obviously minus the bubble. On a vanguard I'll generally play Asari, and snipe with a pistol. If a play a soldier (rare) it'll be a Turian. I basically only play my Infiltrator when I promote. Usually a Salarian, although I have tooled around a bit with the Geth. I will play an Infiltrator on Silver/Gold if the group doesn't have one, just to have the ability to stealth revive and cap objectives, but it's my least favorite class.
Basically I'm the guy who's rarely on top of the charts, because I'm the one content to cap objectives, stick behind and watch everybody's six, and generally do wacky heroic crap (sometimes even successfully!) when the rest of the group dies in 3 widely-distant areas of the map. I'll often pick a partner of sorts (without them knowing since I don't talk) since I think it's better to stay in pairs as much as you can.
My groups usually do pretty well.

Depends on what mood I'm in.
On silver, I like to go big game hunting with my claymore infiltrator. Especially against reapers, where I make ravagers my priority.
Or I'll use my batarian soldier and get up close, taking heat off some of my allies that can deal more damage, while still doing pretty good damage myself with my ballistic blades.
Or support turret with my GE.
Or blowing everything up with my adept.
This, too.
On gold, I like to stick to my justicar and reave everything I see so they can wither away and/or get blow'd up.

I wish they had more support classes. They tend to be the most fun.
Quarian engineer is incredibly fun (probably the most fun for me) - on bronze and somewhat on silver. They need to buff her though.
Justicar is pretty fun - bubble seems to be situational. I just like how tanky she can be w/ reave, bubble, and striker AR.
Human Adept is fun too - like all the CC. However, it's incredibly situational CC. They "buffed" (nerfed) the adept recently. That detonation should apply towards biotic detonations.

I try to play support whenever I can, I play a batarian and usually stick to silver or bronze since I;m nowhere near capable of handling myself on gold.
Though I've been sent into a few gold matches by mistake before, held my own until the 6th wave and every single time I get slaughtered from then on out.

On gold: Adept if on biotic team. Spam reave and defensive warp bubble. Otherwise I prefer the GE with my defensive turret. I prefer to spam powers and shoot during cooldown. I also protect the flank when needed.

Gold: I'm doing a little bit of everything as the AJ, stacking reave, slowly burning everything with incendiary ammo (plus reave) pulling and reaving, casting bubble on enemies with amour/barrier.

I rarely go rambo even if my Justicar can reave-spam tank. I stay near the group usually, priming stuff for BE and providing defensive bubble during objectives.

Both as the Asari Justicar or Adept.
Other than that, I play with my Infiltrator, popping heads

Bronze, I use things I'd hate to use on any other difficulty.
Silver...If I'm leveling up a character, then that character. Other than that, I'd probably use my Krogan Sentinel, or Vanguard.
Gold. I'm the sniper that barely gets any points, but is the reason you haven't lost on round 2. In other words, I revive. I revive people in front of me, people on the other side of the map.

Bronze: Rambo as anything
Silver: Semi-rambo but am more careful about it. Usually I pick Adept, Vanguard, Sentinel or Engineer for this.
Gold: Krogan Vanguard, Geth Engineer, Drell Adept or Turian Sentinel mostly. Multitudes of roles. I generally play Krogan only if it's Cerberus or Geth so I can tank just about everything. Only play Adept if I've got someone to combo with. Geth if there's not enough Overload(usually there is), and Sentinel as a support/tank to soften up big enemies.
