Aggressive Justicar (only occasionally leads to suicide bubbling) or whatever form of engineer best compliments the situation if the adept role is already filled.

Yeah, that Shield Gate is a REAL kick in the ass for people who expect to snipe in GoldTransairion wrote...
So as long as no one loses their mind and thinks bringing the Widow with them, we should do just fine.
No-one would be that foolish!

Support usually, because I'm not so great at the running and gunning. I'm also a phantom spotter... since they all congregate on me anyway, I squeal into the mic everytime I spot them and hope a team mate will come rescue me before it kills me. I spend way too much time pinned down by those buggers in gold matches. And I always post really low scores VS Cerberus.

Since I usually play with friends, I just Lone Wolf it on gold.
Separates the enemies, and BGH. Works like eating cake when you abuse LoS.

So many people playing support, who's actually playing DPS?

The first time I played with some of my friends, I was awarded with the nickname "Little hacking Quari-Medic". Summed up my jobs pretty well too.

On gold i play the team synergizer i guess. i select a class that fills a gap that the team is missing, or a class that will heighten the overall dps of the group by making biotic or tech explosions easier.
On silver/bronze i like playing krogans and am rambo.

Bronze, Silver = whatever usually. Sometimes make a nice synergy with my team, other times not. Depends what class needs XP.
Gold, I usually wait until everyone has picked a class and then find one that compliments well or fills a gap. Jack of all trades kind of thing

Unless I really feel like playing a certain class, I'll select whichever class I have that best compliments the team. I don't have much in the way of preferences, since each class has at least one good character in it.

mobile Biotic explosion turret (HS, AA, AJ, DA pick one)
Decoybot SE of doom on FBWGG that doesn't have an SE when i get in.
engineer /w chain overload to support a good SE on FBWGG.
I don't snipe and I'm not the best with weapons so I tend to power spam

Bronze: Glutton
Silver: Heavy weapons soldier, Batarian soldier...basically anything that is decent but not top tier. Also, anything I use on gold I occasionally use on silver.
Gold: Infiltrator, Salarian Engineer, Adept, GI...things that are easy to do well with/support the team.

On Gold, everyone's support. At least that's how it is for many teams. Four Adepts, maybe a Sentinel in there. Four Engineers. Sometimes there's Infiltrators. The Infiltrator's probably going to end up with the rezzing medal. You know how it goes. There's a title for a Rambo action hero on Gold. It's called 'has bled out". Even the Soldiers and Vanguards play it safe and cautious if they want to stay upright and breathing.HolyAvenger wrote...

On Gold, Silver, I play Adept, Sentinel or Engineer. Big surprise. On Bronze, though...screw this wimpy cover crap, I'm hitting you in your ugly damn face with a Batarian deluxe-sized rocket punch. Best stress relief there is.

Justicar: reave, toss bubble in the masses for the party vanguard, shotgun to the face.
Asari Vanguard: stasis, charge, shotgun to the face.
Gethgineer: toss turret, overload, shotgun to the face.
Any krogan: headbutt charge, shotgun to the face.
Bscly, I'm that shotgun to the face kind.

the guy who does the objectives, regardless of what class I'm using, because even when they're standing right next to the objective, no one seems to notice it there.

To snipe in gold: Viper X. I always get 20 headshots. You can get 2-3 shots off with the cloak bonus. Not sure how the BW does, thing is too heavy. Raptor may work. Seen people use Mattock to get headshots. Best use for Incisor is to prop open a door. Leave it home. I suspect the Valiant would be excellent, but the fickle gaming gods ain't given me one yet.Lagrad Gribble wrote...

Engineer.
Mostly Salarian, using Decoy and support. Trying to keep the emeny from flanking.
Human Engie too if there is already a Salarian, so we can make lovely Tech bursts.
Or an Adapt in a strong Biotic team.
