Supporting on Gold. I can hold the line on my own with my Geth/Salarian Engineer.
Everything on Silver. Depands on what the team needs.
Play bronze to test new stuff and crazy builds.

I'm a team player. I watch my teammates backs, throw up barriers during push the buttons objectives (when playing justicar, one of my new favorite classes), strip shields and barriers to give others a chance to take targets out quicker, debuff armor when possible, and provide distractions through combat drones, decoys, or just my body.

On all difficulties, on my main characters, I play the annihilator with some support mixed in. Geth (Shotgun) or Salarian (Sniper) Infiltrator to kill all teh things and cloak to do objectives + revive if possible. Or Asari Adept to blow stuff up and stasis Phantoms for snipers. Sometimes, I mix it up and play Human Vanguard.

If I feel like playing anything else (Engineer, Sentinel, Soldier), it's more of a support role and watching flanks.

When trying out new characters or weapons though... I do that in Bronze and try not to die too much.

Bronze and silver, I'm just doing anything I feel like, at the time. Gold, I'm pretty much always blowing up heads as a sniper. 90% of the time I'm on the top of the scoreboard, in that situation. If the team decides they need a GE or an adept, tho, I'll gladly fill that role. It's good for a change, even if I feel I'm more effective as a sniper.

What do I not!?

Soldiers that run and gun. Only stop to get good shots, move on to the next.
Sentinals that are BAD! Like.. Volus Biotic GOD bad. O.o Clutch.
Adepts that aren't as good as my Sentinal.
Engineers that go support with turrets and pick ups.

Playing as HE, I try to play support, watching backs and/or down one lane to prevent getting back stabbed.

These few days, been playing GPS GI and Sniper SI though, not really sure which category I fall into, Objective Runner maybe?

don't play bronze anymore, silver, anything goes, good place to play the classes that will get kicked on gold lol on gold, i pick my role base on everyone else, for example if i see 3 adepts, i probably switch to one as well so we can blow **** up, or maybe an infiltrator so there's a safety net if we get disable objectives or the whole team goes down.

Pretty much this.  As a quarian engineer on gold I'm often cowering bravely hunkered down behind cover while tossing out turrets and freezing/burning/swearing at  things.  Oh!  Headshots, too.  I'm not always behind the rest of the team, though.  Sometimes I'm holding a flank on my own while the others focus on the frontal assault.  Holding the position, if you will, unless the team just abandons me there—hate that.

Bronze: Geth Infiltrator Melee(Geth Hunter)- Finish in about 10 minutes with team. After running through a group of enemies and turning them into blue goop.

Silver: Geth Hunter- Finish in about 15-20 minutes depending on how good my teammates are, still run around and turn enemies into blue goop.

Gold: Geth Hunter- Must be careful, the class I play has nothing put into shields, just maxing out Melee and Overall Damage output. A few bullets in me and I'm downed. If I play smart, I outscore some of the best classes due to the sheer number of kills I can net with the AoE Geth Melee under Cloak. Also using a Disciple(I don't use GPS due to lack of recharge speed) for 180% recharge speed and armor piercing rounds so I can do more damage to Armor and shoot through thin walls and Guardian Shields.

In Cerberus matches, I'm the Official Phantom-Killer. Team member getting swarmed by two or three Phantoms? Proximity Mine + Two or Three Pulse of AoE melee = Dead Phantoms and Happy Team Member.

I don't think I can't NOT play any other class outside of Geth Infiltrator now. The Melee aspect of it is too much fun.

Bronze+Silver+Gold = Engineer Shields ripping + Paladin ftw role.

Sentinel:

Bronze: Gung-ho, but cautious
Silver: Even more cautious, leaning more towards support.
Gold: Pure support most of the time.

Vanguard:

Bronze: Abusing Charge and Shotgun
Silver: Support Fire, and charging when needed.
Gold: Total support fire, Using stasis on difficult enemies that can be under Stasis (Marauder, Geth Pyro, Geth Hunter, Phantom.)

Love playing my Raptor GI on Silver, play on Bronze when I'm experimenting with new class/weapon/builds. GE mostly on Gold, sometimes GI. With GI, try to orbit/flank bad guys and pin them in crossfire, Get objectives. Rez. Help the team take down the boss when they're stuck in cover. GE: healing turret, spam overload, pew pew.
