Call EA customer support. And I seriously mean call. If you can't call then you can try their internet text chat. Never helped me though.

Mention operation exorcist to customer support. They have been getting spammed with missing pack notices, and likely have a button saying *FIIIIIIXXXX,* and are dishing out rather abnormal adjustments like captain Baily.

This was from their text chat. Their on phone people are much less cooprative I have found.

The origin website has the number.

I contacted their chat support today via Origin. They fixed the issue and sent me the commendation pack in 15 minutes.

As did i and got the pack also

Got really good support from EA, after using live help for 2 minutes I just needed to log out of Origin and log in again and upon entering the game my commendation pack was there, unfortunately just another SMG Hurricane upgrade.
