Logged onto MP a couple hours ago and my Victory Pack was there but still no commendation pack.
During the weekend event I only participated in two Gold Runs and survived to extraction. (Whole team did in one of the runs.) I've seen some people have gotten it while others haven't.

Saw that there was an old thread about the missing packs but it seemed that guy simply hadn't read instructions or something. Please post here if you still haven't received your COMMENDATION Pack. Also, if it was missing past Thursday night but somehow got it resolved please share how you went about getting it done. Thanks.

Also missing my commendation pack. I only beat Gold once this week, against Geth on Firebase White, first thing on the saturday morning. Team got a full extraction.

Update: Got it after talking on the live chat with EA Support. Can't believe it went so fast.

guys contact EA support. Got the commendation pack just today after talking to a support representative via live chat. Just like you, I only have the victory pack listed in store.

Freakin' EA support chat is not available right now. At least not for PS3 users. Sent them an email to see what's up.

Interesting... about the packs I've lost, they always say that they are giving me the pack, but I never receive them... I guess that in your case, taht was a coincidence.

EA Support  is useless.
