You can have it unlocked once any of Shapard's ability reaches rank 6. Not difficult for ME series players at all.

As I imported the file of ME1 and ME2, I got this achievement at the first day I played ME3.

But someday I just found the achievement was locked again, which means the icon of achievement was black.

However, in the Xbox 360 UI, the focused achievement was still counted as "unlocked" - but the icon itself was showed "locked".

This is really wierd, please kindly check and fix the bug. Thanks

I have a similar issue with the From The Ashes achievements, actually. Unlocked, they are on my gamertag, but not inside ME3 proper. Not a big deal though.
