We've resolved the latest of the site issues (database replication failure, for those who care), though we're still seeing slowdowns. Rest assured that the webmonkeys are working as hard as we can, surviving only on leftover halloween candy and jolt cola.
Site is still slow, and we're still working on it

If only I could redeem my codes and register my game, I would happily run off to kill some darkspawn and give you guys a few days to work out the "other" issues...

Well there is your problem. If you just had some cold leftover pizza in the mix, I am sure you would have solved the site issues by now.
Hang in there.

I just wanted to say a thankyou to Jesse and the others working on the website, and also mention that it is appreciated.

I saw Mr van Herk working on this site this weekend and I thanked him too for hs dedication. But I am starting to change my mind about how things are handled here.
This thread showed up after a minute or 5 pressing the refresh button.
It is not the speed Mr van Herk... The whole site is borked. Nothing and I mean nothing works properly. It is a mess.
Mr van Herk, why don't you make this a sticky and open the old forum again. Declare this site a beta and redirect customers to the old forum until you have fixed your problems.
Bah.

*uploads pizza for webmonkeys*
Thanks. Still seeing stale pages here about 4 times out of 5, but maybe they just need to work their way out of the caches downstream.

Can you say failure to deliver? Oh wait, you can't, at least it won't show up for another 24 hours. Go team EA/BW!

It can be frustrating .. but I can certainly last a few days without a forum. I don't envy those trying to get things running. I am sure they are all under a great deal of pressure.

A few days without a forum when there are technical problems with the game registration / activation is not really something those having problems should live with. I don't envy those trying to get things running.KethWolfheart wrote...

In a few days most will lough at what happened today but I can understand those who are pretty frustrated now.

Most people aren't as upset about forum performance in and of itself. They just want to register their games.

One of the parallel boxes is NOT updating. Take it out of the IP pool. That's why you see 21 posts one minute, and 16 the next.

It isn't just replication - you have a non functional parallel serving pages.

I bought the Deluxe Edition, and was able to successfully redeem all my codes. After logging into my account through the game interface, it shows all of the additional content downloaded to 100%, but when you click on the installed content tab, nothing. And nothing is available in game.
Is this a common problem and if so are there any solutions?
Thanks in advance.

Just one question folks. When was the last time you saw a game launch go as 'Planned'
Seems though, unlike most launches, the problems are with the "Supporting Web Sites" and not the game itself.
Big change as far as I can tell...Maybe after a few more launches the Industry will have it all worked out and We. the few, the faithfull, the ZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzz

Is there someone we can email or call to help with account issues? I've logged into this account but I can't do a lot of things, it sais account doesn't exist. I also tried logging in directly not using the ea account but just the dragon age account, and it says my account doesn't exist. When I tried to activate it after registering, it said activation code (for the forum) didn't exist... ?!? I tried to reset password, account didn't exist. I tried to recreate account, account taken, email taken...

Download content not downloading.
Guess I am lucky, I still do not have to see it not installing..
STOP repairing the god **** forums!! nobody, or a minority care about that. Most customers as myself just want to register the game properly and get the content they paid for!!
So, again STOP wasting our time with bs as, "we try to fix multiple posting", you soung like the new intern who does not understand a **** thing about his job.
Now, go, You webmonkey, and thanks for not coming back with halloween candy story, it is the same thing, WE DO NOT GIVE A ****!! Come back with result and results only.
Sorry for dropping the friendly side, but you really brought that on yourself..
Thanks anyway, wish you a great night at work!

I have a notion that the forums and registration and dlc and databases and everything is all intertwined together somehow, so by working on the 'forums', they are also working on getting your codes working. That, and the servers are likely melting from overload right now.
