I'd say

Grissom Academy, after meeting Jack.  Guess it's because of the area design rather than the enemies, but always gives me trouble
3 Geth Primes on Rannoch
Final battle with Reaper Destroyer, Banshees and Brutes.

(Please no "It's all really easy" type posts.)

When playing on a console I always have serious problems with the Rannoch Reaper (but that's because I'm an awful consoler gamer and opt for PC). Multiple Geth Primes are also my bane.
