Also, read the EULA for ME3: EA and Bioware do NOT owe you compensation for anything related to interrupted game time.
Wow, you really didn't bother to read the thread. Dealt with that issue about 3 pages back. 1. I don't live in the US. The EULA provisions don't apply to me in the country in which I live. 2. I've never made a legal argument. Learn to read. And no, not all opinions are equal. Some, like yours, are dumb.
But, since it is so hard to get the concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE through your adolescent brains, let's try another tact:
As I said in another post, I'm an expat living in South Korea. I make about $50 USD an hour.
Time is money. If you can't grasp this concept, you either work at McDonald's or you haven't graduated high school, thus, Mom and Dad paid the $59.99 to get you this game.
Just checking on this game (to see if it is working, get my commendation pack, and deal with other technical problems) has cost me a minimum of 1 hour of my life. $50 USD please. Of course, we could argue what the "baseline" of proper compensation would be, but then again, I NEVER ASKED FOR MONEY...THAT'S RIGHT...I ASKED FOR SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE...nitwit.
In the end, Bioware's incompetence on this and a number of issues has cost all of us time. Yet, instead of acknowledging this, or even trying to make amends, they rely on fanboys (and gals) like yourself to defend their incompetence to avert managing/dealing with a problem. For the community college crowd, this is what is known as "externalizing costs." Ever wonder why companies make phone trees where you have to push "1" for this department, then "3" for the next, etc.? They have externalized a cost. Instead of paying someone $10 USD an hour to personally take calls and expedite customers to where they need to be, the create a digital "middle man" that costs a fraction of what a paid employee would cost. Now, YOU, the customer, must spend your time (which equals money) to get the minimum service that the company should be providing to you. Time is money...
Still don't get "externalizing costs?" Then, well, go back to flipping burgers and STFU.
