Closing cases without full resolution???

I think I've documented the nonsense I've had to endure from EA's "customer service specialists" to date fairly well. This morning, a whole new kick in the teeth.

Last night, I logged in to MP and actually got one of the packs I made the mistake of paying cash for. That made me quite happy to be honest, and I figured it was only a matter of time before the 2nd pack was loaded as well. Apparently, that's where I am mistaken. I never got the 2nd pack, nor a refund, but I get an email from EA this morning stating that my case was successfully resolved and was being closed. WTF??

So let me see if I''ve got this all down. I bought the game and and only got about half what I paid for ( ending, resolution, frame rates, denied MP weekends for 2 months, etc )... Then I bought two MP packs, got one, and the issue is resolved. Is it me, or is there a pattern here?

To say that I'm currently dissatisfied with EA/Bioware is an understatement. What on earth do they hope to accomplish by doing nothing more than pissing all over the very people that support them??? :blink:
