When I said previous games I was talking about games before the Mass Effect series as I was looking at the game as a whole.Dont Kaidan Me wrote...

OP although I think you're being over observate, all the over the top and well done figure designs of the male and female human characters in Mass Effect come with playing a modern HD graphic console with an M rated label.
and you could make the same points that previous or similar games didn't have much detail on breast, quads, etc. well those games probably weren't that successful either.
Are you saying that ME 1 and 2 weren't successful? My observation is the enlargement and upscaling of importance since then. Not that they exist. I was also observing that whilst the ladies received upgraded ta tas, the males received downgraded packages. It would just be refreshing to see a little consistency, eh? I'm not anti boob! In ME2 & 3 we have a bunch of characters with their own bodies, and this is good.
Also Samara boobs are way different from Miranda ones. And we have jack/tali/kasumi with regular/small boobs. All good things.

If you have a new rewrite of the ME3 storyline...yes.
I made another thread a few days ago that somehow got locked regarding Liara T'Soni's maturing throughout the 3 Mass Effect games.
Liara's breast in ME3 are the same size as they were in ME2 if you played the Shadow Broker mission.
Liara's breast were small in ME1 in part because technically the game hadn't evolved enough to have every character have their own physical design. Thus Liara and Ashley in ME1 had the same physical bodie type, just different heads.
If you play ME series in order you can easily come to the agreement that Liara's growth in breast is large not just because of the game's designs expanding between ME1 and ME2, but also because she's taking up after her mother Matriarch Benezia who's breast were large, so it's probably genetic.
