Zkyire: In ME1 Liara, Femshep, Chakwas, etc...had flat chests, maybe an A cup. In ME3 they have breasts.

Maybe they get too smooth and silky as they get refined, so it's difficult to keep a grip on them.

Femshep's boobs are actually the same size they were before. The difference is that whatever that outfit she starts out in is, armor or clothing, it very clearly has push up cups for her breasts.

The actual armor is also pretty thick, which exaggerates the breast size. Also the arms and legs size, the hip size, the hand and foot size, the body in general...

Put her in the hoodie outfit or her dress blues, and suddenly all that exaggeration goes away.

Liara, on the other hand, suffered a very large increase from Mass Effect, in Mass Effect 2, and I think she gains a little more in Mass Effect 3.

That said... Mass Effect used one body model for all females who weren't custom NPCs (aka, who weren't named Benezia).
