Hello Bioware ( Tully)

Why is the topic locked and am i directed to the MP section?

I never multi played the game. The SP was locked to me because i got errors and could not load my savegames. ( i posted screenshots at page 43 of the locked topic). No online pass and From Ashes could not be activated.

So now you expect me to read a 82 pages tread in the MP section to get information why i cannot start a SP game and cannot load my savegames. Again,  i am not interested in MPat all,  so i dont read in that section.

I am at work now and have no idea if the problem is solved, so i can only hope that if i come home in 8 hours from now i will be able to play my SP again.

PC version CE version.

I just saw that MP players are rewarded with MP packs for the inconvenience. What do we SP players get from you for it? Many of us were not able to play our game!

I was at a car dealer this morning to get information on a new car.

They tried to sell me a car with an anti theft option. ( because many were stolen)

It works this way: Everytime before i can start the engine and loosen the breaks i have to call a service number first. Then i have to give my name, my birthday, my password and my license plate numbers. If i do that correctly i get an activation code that i have to put in in the board computer of the car. If that all goes well the breaks will be free and the Enigine can be started.

They call it DRM they said its a great way to protect my car to thiefs.

Of corse i did not buy it.

PS most important now is.. give us some info here also! in this section instead of only dooing it in the MP sections and Twitter.

You are being directed to the multiplayer forums because the online pass issue was caused by a bugged item distribution in multiplayer that somehow misregistered online passes. It should be fixed now and your SP game should be playable when you get home.

Thanks for the Info! saves me reading a 82 page to get some information.
I really hope it works again when i return home ( tomorrow is my day off)

Maybe a tip to Bioware?

If there are problems set 1 ore more moderators on the problem topics to do customer service and information and try to explain what the problems are and calm down ppl.

The way you do it now ( posting allover, tweet allover and lock topics) simply doesnt work and only is feeding more anger misunderstanding and you will loose your customers and fans.

Is it really so hard to do that? Just coordinate the matters .

Now i see to many message's in to many treads . And as far as i could read nobody told that Mrs Jessica Merizan did a sticky and gave us a Turian Baby.

BW create some coordination to manage your forums.

Wait I'm afraid.

My games been fubared since the weekend, single player doesn't even work for me since I lack an online pass on my digital deluxe pc version.
