Not a specific one, but I really love a lot of Armene's work. She has both deviant art account and her website.

Edit:  She does a lot of work with colour and the female form.

Seriously I highly reccomend it to anyone regardless of its age. It was Europe's alternative to Chrono Trigger (since Europeans never got that while we were the only ones to get Terranigma not counting Japan which got both).
