I don't think they do even that anymore. They have stopped responding to PMs and tweets, stopped visitng these forums, generally stopped pretending they give a F about feedback from the old-school fans. It's the Gears of War MP crowd they're after.

They have never responded to pm's or tweets with much frequency. You can keep playing the victim if that makes you feel better, but Bioware isn't obligated to give you a play by play of everything they do.

I enjoy the MP but i think it sucks they force people to play it to get the "best ending", and I wont be spending any money on MP DLC.

I have a Windows phone. If the fact that single player content was dependent on having an iPhone/iPad or playing multiplayer was made clear I would not have bought the game. But I wasn't told that. I was told the singleplayer game stood on its own just like the last two did. Which simply means

Both of those conclusions are worrying.

It doesn't really matter which is the "best" ending. Best is relative. Determining which is the best ending is not necessary to confront the issue at hand which is that multiplayer participants have all the endings. Single player participants do not.

There are names for products that come out to customers with less than the full advertised content. Crippled, Tryware, Shareware...many come to mind. And in that vein, a multiplayer campaign that has to continue to be played lest your single-player readiness go backwards smacks of little more than another nag screen. Full version products don't nag users on threat of progress undo.

Maybe a little abstract, but then again...not really.

They've been "investigating" this for more than a month - it took players days to investigate it, and come to the obvious conclusion. Either they are REALLY bad at investigating things, or the whole "investigating" thing was just something said in order to push the issue under the carpet, hoping that it'll blow over.

That is really sad, because it shows how little Bioware respects it's customers and fans these days. Oh how the mighty have fallen. It's about time for them to announce the results of their "investigations", and let us know when we can expect a patch to fix the issue. Isn't it time, Bioware, to start trying to earn the trust of your most loyal, long-time customers back?

Takes all of what, 1-2 minutes to post "Hey, we done goofed, we're working on fixing the problem."

How long has it been sinced they closed down the main thread and swept this under the rug?
