Just beat Mass Effect 3. Before starting my 2nd playthrough I want to play ME 2 again.
In September 2010 I bought ME 2 in the EA/Bioware store. My pc crashed some time after, so I wasn't able to import my Shepard into ME 3.
So I thought I'd download ME 2 again in the My Games section, play it through, import my character into ME 3 and go for the second playthrough.
However, I can't find ME 2 in My Games. All the DLC I bought afterwards is there but not the game itself. I have the email receipt of the purchase.
How can I download the game again?

If you have the CD key, you can activate it on origin and download the game from there.

I don't have the CD key, I bought the download version. On the purchase receipt it only has the order number, the date, number of Bioware points and the price.
