You can have him join your party but if you do Dog leaves your party (we all know dog is just god backwards, and there's only room for one in your group). Besides the Makers attribute and skill allocation are so screwed up he's basically useless. Also refuses to talk to anyone and keeps turning his back on us.

I found the maker but in a different way. So, I walk into a chantry the other day and a priest offered me a drink on the house and said "maker be with you", so I chuged down the drink (and about 6 more pints worth after that) and boy that priest wasn't joking, the maker came to me in a form of a pink elephant!

IT really does make you wonder why the hell bother with the intriciate cut scenes of being blessed by priests..maybe thur be a secret luck factor in the game or something

I'm not positive, but I think he was saying just the opposite. Saying that there are all these fantastic spells and creatures, yet no actual proof of the Maker existing.

But I could be wrong. Reading that post was like trying to translate baby-babble.
