Dear developers,

I contacted your support via live chat a couple
of minutes ago concering the face import issue. Recently you have been
very quiet about this. The large thread on this topic was shut down. I was asked to post it at the forum which is done hereby

There is overwhelming evidence (in the respective thread) that despite what you claim the face import issue has not
been fixed with the patch. All I want to know by now is: are you still
working on it and if yes, when will it approximately be fixed.

I don't think that Bioware will fix the remaining issues.

They won't fix it. They never fixed the same issue in ME2 importing a Shepard from ME1; so, don't expect they'll fix it in ME3. Put up with it: you're going to play with a different Shepard in each game.
