EDIT: I fixed it. You can close the thread. Anyway, what happened, was admiral Hackett tried to contact me at the EXACT same time I went to the galaxy menu, so when I went to Tali's mission, it tried to play both cutscenes, but instead said "Screw it." and nothing played, and the mission didn't start correctly.
