I can't choose paypal option in bioware checkout page. Credit card is the only option I can choose. and also I'm unable to pay with my credit cards.

maybe my country(Republic of Korea) is the problem i assume, But anyway would you mind to check my account?

Although I can pick paypal, but then it says something like: 'Your pay provider doesnt allow blabla'
Hope it is fixed soon
