I've had no problems until yesterday, but suddenly the entire game is freezing, both MP and SP.

It lasts for few seconds, and even "Press any Key" screen freeze. 

Is it a known issue? or should I check on hardware? There's no problem at all on all the other programs except ME3.

I figured it out, it was in-game Origin issue. I simply turned it off, and no problems since.
