All glitches become exploits when someone deliberately uses it to their advantage, regardless of how much of an end it gives them, and to what end at that.
Nova-Cancelling? While it gives Novaguards a great deal of survivability it was not intended by the game designers, as such is a glitch, but an exploit when used extensively.
Reload Cancelling? Same thing- not an intended feature but is used to gain an edge in battle (regardless of the opponent being A.I. controlled or not.).
Out-of-Map Areas in certain firebases: Places you aren't intended to go to by the game designers that you can for an advantage. Glitch to see, exploit to use.
Geth Behavior Patterns on Firebase White? Same deal. Unintended mechanic being exploited for the benefit of easier credits and/or Experience (or N7).
"Credit Glitching?" Same thing. Your math is correct and your logic of the XP standard is...somewhat viable considering the lack of a viewpoint from those who do the glitch, and the doubt that many people would come out and say "Yes, I do it for the creds". But even then you are only looking at it from the evidence readily available, though I'm sure you can get a few quotes from people in those rare times you find yourself in a lobby with people wanting to do the glitch.
And then considering the majority of players on the forums prefer getting their weapons upgraded quickly, care nothing for the Experience System, and then their loathing of the store system...I'm sure that the reason people would do the glitch is in fact the credits, considering how easy it is to level normally in Bronze and Silver.
So is it a glitch? Without a doubt. Is it also an exploit? Yes, but only when deliberately used, regardless of in a consistent or non-consistent matter. It is a glitch to view, an Exploit to use, and an Exploit when used against you...but considering this is a Co-operative multiplayer experience that latter bit moot. And should it be fixed? Yes, when/if they are able.
Nice recording of the mathematics by the way, much better than senseless ranting.

Here's the problem:
In the program, the field that marks the next wave isn't reset until the next wave actually begins. This allows for a wave 10 credit completion/wipe and a restart before wave 1 begins on the next match, thereby starting at wave 10 over and over.
The fix:
The field that marks the next wave is set at the end of the previous wave. Also, if the mission is ever failed. The wave automatically resets to 1 immediately.
Can you back that up?

...I was always under the assumption that the credit glitch gave people a way to buy packs (almost) as quickly as spending real cash with minimal effort, thus denying one of the primary sources of profitability to EA, and by extension, Bioware.
Also, I don't see the point to the leaderboards. Only people who want to be up there ARE up there, and they all do the FBWGG. Hell, I played with several with a few in the top 20.
