Second time playing MOtB, and just like the first time my Paladin w/ 50 Will save gets Dazed for a very long time. Is this some unavoidable event ?. I remember this happening my first play through about 5 yrs ago so I saved the game just before the fight w/ the Red Wizards,( The first time the PC enters the Shadow Theater). I tried several reloads but my PC still gets Dazed. When I read the action script it showed that my PC passed every save vs their spells but my guy just stands there unable to attack or do anything else. Then after a long time I see a "Dazed" symbol over my PC and my guy can act. I even cheated and equipped my PC w/ the head band that gives immunity to mind effecting spells and my PC stillgets Dazed! My guy alwalys is able to survive so it 's not a real big deal, it is just annoying.
Another issue I have w/ Will saves is that a littile later in the game my PC gets blinded by the undead outside the Temple of Kelemvor 5 times! It is getting aggravating to have made a Character w/ great saves but fail everytime a spell or effect hits him. Also I wanted to know if saves are capped. As i wrote earlier my PC has a 50 save, ( w/items and buffs), but I can't go over 50.
OOps on the blind, I forgot that is Fort. but I have 44 Fort save, still aggravating.
