I have just started playing the game and having new topics added to my Codex.  One of things I notice is that my Codex is showing a number in the box rather than an image?  Is that supposed to be the case?

Don't know if this is by design or not, but I can confirm I see the same thing in my codex.

For the time being, this seems by design to me.

Are you sure there is no list view toggle? I know on the xbox version we have a list view instead.
