Where do I claim Shep is part AI?

The Starchild says that all synthetic life will be destroyed and even Shepard is partly synthetic. The way the sentence is structured, implies that the synthetic parts that help Shepard live, will be destroyed.

If it applies to only AI, as you suggested before, then the way the Starchild phrases it is silly, because then he's using 2 different meanings of synthetic in the same sentence, and the implication that he will die would mean that Shepard was part AI.

you could have just said no to the "strawman" it was a question, not a "defend this!". 

You are presuming the Catalyst says Shep will die....

Why don't you just say "No, you didn't say Shep was part AI". I mean, how many times will you "mistakenly" misremember what I posted?

Dude, the whole galaxy knew that Shepard wanted to destroy the Reapers since the first game.

And I think fighting the Reapers and destroying a few and working non-stop to stop them is a pretty good indicator that Shepard wants to destroy them.

Cavscout the best ending possible was achieved. It ended the cycle that was the goal all along. Does not matter how it was attained. Now you are assuming that it practically destroyed the earth and everyone. All i saw was that it destroyed the soldiers, and some buildings. Show me

Of course he knows about Shepard, he controls the Reapers. What the Reapers know, the Catalyst know. The thought and actions from Shepard focusing on destroy the Reapers is painfully obvious throught the trilogy.
Even the Crucible, it wasn't constructed in the hopes of control or fuse organics and synthetics, but to destroy the Reapers. The Catalyst would know this simply by seeing it being connected to the Citadel.

That sounds pretty much like it's implying that your synthetic parts will be destroyed to me. If it isn't meant to imply that, then the choice of wording/phrasing is pretty clumsy.

The Catalyst has a motive, to prevent the destruction of all organic life. It's not hidden though. And it explicitly says it doesn't think the Destroy option will work.

ooh that's interesting. Actually i think there's something interesting going on: a different video with high EMS gives different information. There are a few different tiny variations  in what the Starchild says. in this video for example, he does not:

I don't know. I'm not racist so I kept the Geth alive and made peace between organics and synthetics while allowing everyone to retain there inididuality and their DNA.

The Catalyst has a motive, to prevent the destruction of all organic life. It's not hidden though. And it explicitly says it doesn't think the Destroy option will work.

Then apparently it has a motive to stop Shepard from choosing  the destroy option.  It's not so hard to say (after we know this) the Catalyst is leading Shepard to believe that the option to destroy will also kill him/her.  It frames this choice as negative, which it clearly does not with the other two choices.

So the line "Even you are partially synthetic" becomes more than commentary.  It becomes the basis for whether we, as the player, will believe everything else the catalyst says at this point.
