So, I just finished Mass Effect 2 and I noticed something odd. During one of the cutscenes at the very end, right before you fight the Human-Reaper Larva, the Illusive Man is briefly visible looking through what looked like a door or some other part of the base structure. Its pretty quick, but I replayed the mission just to be sure and it is DEFINITELY him. Anyone know why this shows up here?

As I understand it the room with the Illusive man is actually hidden somewhere on every level where he has lines. With a no clip code or a lot of patience you can generally find them. On Freedom's Progress its on the left of the first courtyard. On the Suicide Mission its behind the Reaper Larva. You can probably watch them on YouTube.
