Both my code on the DAO ultimate edition I bought on Amazon makes me unlock DAO & DAO awakening content and not the 9 + DLC that are included in the edition.
Maybe it comes from this :

Both codes presents me this option, so I'm thinking maybe the 9 DLC thing is down there. When I select the splitted button, the game is about to install in german.

Please help. I spent the whole day on this and it's getting annoying.

Please read the stickies first.  "READ FIRST" is called that for a reason!  Help others to help you.

Until you can demonstrate that level of co-operation (which in my opinion you shouldn't need, but DA:O DLC system is notorious), here's my thoughts so far.

Ultimate Edition normally only comes with two codes. But you need to pay attention, because the two codes are different. One is the CD-key (not "code") used here http://social.biowar...es_register.php which among other things is also used to register for this site. The other code is the redeemable promo code for the DLC. Use it in the right place, i.e. here https://social.biowa...redeem_code.php .  Then check https://social.biowa...ntitlements.php to make sure it's registered.  If they all show up correctly, we can move on to working on issues with the Dragon Age installation itself.

If you are directing me to the stickies because it's an adressed issue, I already read most of them and did what they told me to.

As for the version of my game : Retail
my version of Origin : ORIGIN BETA (version:8.5.2.23)

I used the first code to unlock the DAO and DAO:A. Now the second code isn't working in the redeem page, and I've tried it a lot. I tried to enter that second code on Origin, and it is valid for another copy of DAO+DAO:A. I tryed to complete the installation (to see if I had to do that to install the DLC) and Origin pops a message about me having already the same game in my library.

This is why I'm concerned that the code that I have been given is mistakenly another code for DAO+DAO:A and not the one for the DLCs.

It's possible. The clue is in the number of alpha-numeric digits. The CD-key is typically five groups of four and the redeem code is four groups of four. If you have two of the former, then you may have been given a redundant key instead of the code you are entitled to. If this is the case, only EA can help you as they control all things related to accounts and entitlements, not Bioware or other users here.

So, for future viewers.
They indeed gave me in the box 2 redeem code for DAO, and not 1 code for DAO and one for DLC.
I contacted EA help center (and not origin help center) and they gave me another code, redeemed it on the website. I'm downloading the DLC right now.
