Bioware/EA, I would like to know what action is being taken as 4 out of the last 7 days the game I purchased from you has been unplayable due to bugs, glitches, and server issues on your end.
I have limited game time as it is due to work, family, and other real life on goings. It is frustrating to no end to not be able to play the game, that I bought, when I am able to due to your faulty servers/software.
I hear "rumor" of gift packs that are supposed to compensate us for our lost play time, I have not seen one of these as of yet.
As I see it there are a two ways this can play out. You fix your game and servers, some down time is understandable but this is over the top IMO, or I give up on your game. At which point I stop buying your products due to a proven lack of support on your end.
Servers Down?

I wouldn't say I'm too annoyed at this point, if however I lose the commendation pack I've as yet been unable to claim because I don't manage to unlock it in the time frame that's been set I will be.

If you haven't got the commendation pack yet, all you have to do is ask EA support for it via live chat and they'll add it for you.Gecko614 wrote...

I think he means that he already has it in his store, unclaimed, but because he has not been able to log in he is worried that the time will run out before he is able to get back into the game due to the ongoing server issues.
