I'm currently on my second playthrough on the mars base and I cannot pick up more ammo. The game will tell me ammo is full even if I have 0 ammo for every gun. I un installed the game and re installed but I have the same problem. Does anyone know how to fix it?

You could try going to the weapon customize bench and see if that fixes things as you get your ammo restocked when changing/modding weapons at a station. if not try re-starting the mission and see if that fixes things.

I've had this happen many times in multi-player. Never in single. Sounds like something corrupted in a temp file that is left even on uninstall. You'll have to get help from someone who actually knows which files that would be...probably not your base EA support.

I've restarted the mission but that didnt help anything and when I switched out weapons I hd full ammo again but could not still pick up ammo, it only happens at a certain part though of the mars and not before. Another thing is I have been installing from the disc. Could it help if I un install and just re install downloading it from origin instead?

If it is a temp file you will have to manually remove it. Sometimes windows or other O/S have tools to clean up temp files...which might help. Use it after uninstall, then reinstall (well, see if it works without uninstall, but it might keep something if it thinks the app is still there). It's a longshot. If that doesn't work, you should call on the telephone and have it escalated. If the help guy does not want to do this, insist. They owe you full money back if not. It is a flaw that makes it unplayable and is not your fault.
