This issue is driving me crazy and making it impossible to engage in the story. I've tried most of the different settings and nothing is fixing this issue. Anyone else having these problems? The sound is actual about 1/2 second behind the lip movement of the characters. Looks like watching a bad Japanese horror movie.

This isn't a bug, it's the way Bioware made the game.

Well, it wasn't an issue with the first two ME games nor for the Dragon Age series. Why with this one?
