If I may interject here - a quick Google search will yield downloads of the DA character creator, which you can use to upload your desired images. You do not need the full game for PC. So there's no need for a platform war.

If you're stuck, you dont have to use a PC copy of DA:O, just DL the (free) character generator.

I play all my BW games on console too.

Provided you're not posting those posts from your iPhone, any moderately non-ancient computer can run the DA Character Creator. So, yeah, sure, it doesn't function as well as DAO or DA2 for the exploit, but it's still an option.

I find it actually comforting that there's a system in place that prevents people from putting penises and rude words and other unfun stuff on their avatars. When you have to expend effort to get your avatar online, you usually have time to consider what you want it to be and whether it's worth all that trouble to demonstrate your trolling ability.

Me too, they're delicious.

Bot on topic.  I agree with the OP.  Other forums make it quite easy and are stringent in enforcing the the no porn, eyc, rule.  Why can't Bioware as well?

Oh wait, what am I thinking?   It seems Bioware doesn't listen to it's fans at all.
