Try rolling with just a simple host character for the avvy that's human male noble. I never seem to have errors that way. For me at least. Otherwise I'd say delete character details under profile diagnostics on your BSN DA:O page but you don't seem to have any characters uploaded yet so forget that.

Nope, always comes up with that message. :/ As I said, it refuses to let any characters be uploaded...

Have you activated a DA:O PC profile on this site yet? If you have then it's possible the DA servers are just being a *****. Have you been using the below guide? You may need to retrace your steps or even redo everything entirely. Is the image format .PNG like it should be? Delete the character on the CC even. It may be bugged. Also the image size may be too big. Resize to 149x149. Uploading for the first time can be a pain. It was for me but the more you do it the more natural it feels.

This sub forum should really be bumped back up to being beneath the sub forums for the latest two Bioware titles, rather than constantly sinking underneath dead ones

Off topic really is out of the way now. And DID have much more activity than the other sections, which mainly have Q_Q ing over DA:2 or ME:3.

Indeed look at the Party Temple thread. When it was part of ME3 general it was glorious, but now it's barely staying alive(go on, give that thread some support). It's BioWare General FFS. It should be at the top. It'll mean a rise in "undesirables" in these parts as well though but nothing we can't handle.
