 ok i have done 4/6 playthoughs and i had an idea

how would all the romances be the best, and i though put them in catogories

here are the catogories

1) best final love sence
2) best while on mission
3) most serious

Only romanced Liara and Samantha, but here goes..

1) Best final love scene - Liara (...though Sam's pillow pep-talk after the fact does rival Liara's)
2) Best while on mission - Liara, by default (Cronos Station)
3) Most serious - Liara
4) Most intimate - Liara
5) Most memorable moments - Liara (The time capsule and her gift are two of my favorite scenes of the game, regardless of romance.)
6) Best Citadel scene - Garrus (Technically, Liara should win this by default too since Samantha regrettably has no Citadel scenes. But the "just friends" line just doesn't cut it.)
7) Funniest - Samantha (all the playful banter after missions)
8) Most surprising - Samantha (I was a little skeptical after the shower, but Traynor completely won me over by the end.)
9) Most honest moment - hmm...Samantha (admitting how scared she once was and getting Shepard to open up in turn Pre-Cronos)

and I'll add one more category too, just so Samantha can get another win

10) Best goodbye - Samantha

Well ... I just played one, so it's not fair. I leave the points open where I am simply unhappy with my fave LI:

1) best final love sence
Ashley got decent final love scene. I like the sad undertone here and the fact both know they won't come out alive most likely. It's really well done.
Only downside: the still-bra-wearing Ash after the dream. For the foreplay, underwear makes sense.

2) best while on mission
Garrus, Vega (and he's not even a romance). Liara has good moments too.
And Ashley? Besides Mars, Eden Prime, Cerberus HQ and MAYBE Dreadnaught, she's not saying anything. Mars is her finest hour.

3) most serious

4) most intimate
Difficult. I'd say, the Hospital scenes for Ashley (Kaidan) are quite intimate moments. However, Liara got more and they were really well done.

5) most memorable moments
The farewell scenes: Garrus, Ashley are my favorites here.

6) best citidel scene
Call me stupid, but the Udina Coup is nearly better than the date scene for Ashley. That date scene was well done but nothing special.

7) funniest
Joker is no LI ^^

2. Tali. The flirting on the Geth Dreadnought is priceless as well as Tali's "I love you" at the Reaper base

5) most memorable moments: Miranda (ME2) Captain Enayala scene (ME3) Horizon

6) best citidel scene: Miranda (ME3) The rendevous

7) funniest: Liara (ME3) Even though I never picked her as a LI she shows up in shepards thoughts at the end regardless lol. Bioware says "You can not resist, you will go blue whether you like it or not"

on a side note I liked most of Jack's scenes as well, I really didnt care for the other LI though.

1) Thane: A beautiful, touching moment between two mature beings whom have both known the pain of love and loss, and whom both know are likely to loose each other, when they have only just found each other.
2) Garrus: Mostly because I can't have all Thane, well I can, but Thane doesn't say much on missions.
3) Most Serious: Thane. Again, probably the only truly mature romance, and the only LI who isn't dependant on Shepard. Quote: "I don't need your help. I want it." Major difference between want and need, and want is far more preferable. You can need someone's help without wanting it, or even liking the individual. Wanting their help implies a certain affection and respect for the individual your asking the help from.
4) Thane: He is the only LI who is mature enough, and secure enough in their relationship, to actually let go and cry. No man I know would let go enough to actually do so. That was far more intimate to me than any of the sex scenes that the rest of you are suggesting.
5) Thane: His introduction. I don't care what any of you say, seeing him jump from the vent, neck-snap one merc, crush the hyoid of another, shot the final one, and then finally kill nassana, lay her down, and pray over her for his soul was THE moment in ME2 for me!
6) Garrus: "I am Garrus Vakarian, and this is now my favourite spot on the citadel!" Also, dipsmooch. Need I say more...
7) Garrus: He is just so adorkable in ME2 it's funny.

On a side note: after the debacle of the Thane romance in ME3, Garrus's romance was the only reason I did not have to buy a new microwave.

I'm sure most of you will be able to connect the dots.

Same here, but based on some youtube videos I would probably say that next to the Kaidan romance, the Liara romance had some nice moments.
