2) best while on mission - Tali. Plenty of references to the romance during missions.
3) most serious - Liara. Only one that talks of children and truly lasts all games.
4) most intamate - Liara. She acts intimate with or without romance though.
5) most memorable moments - Hard. Farwell scenes for all of them are great. I'm a talimancer though.
6) best citidel scene - Garrus
7) funniest - Garrus. "Bite me garrus, better yet bite her". He's generally pretty funny.
