Joker wasn't flying away to anywhere, he was infront of the relay.

I am going to address two important points about Mass Effect 3 and the fans.

Well... I at least now know why people call "Pro-Enders" stupid... its not that they necessarily are... its just that they are so incoherent when shown why people feel the way they do about the ending that its built up frustration. You started off by saying you had never heard any of these plot holes laid out. You obviously have not been on BSN long... or any gaming forum... or youtube... or any place where you can upload videos because if you go to youtube and type in Mass Effect 3 ending... you cannot miss the overwhelming number of videos as to the plot holes and why its bad.
Feelings don't win arguments here on Bsn, pure unadulterated logic does.I already shot down his first *plot hole* with logic and like I said, I could take down the rest with logic making these "plot holes" obsolete. You won't get far in the world basing your arguments on hypotheticals and what ifs, just sayin.
This is the problem with relying on someone else to make the case for you.
It is unwise to simply dismiss something because it came from someone else. The point is that this particular person made a claim that the plot holes of ME3 were never articulated and that just is not true... but if you think relisting them out will help here you go.
1. How did the Citadel get to Earth? I didn't know it could move
2. Why would Harbinger leave before confirming Shepard was dead?
3. Why did your scout say that everyone had fallen but there was a person crawling on the battlefield, Shepard was alive and Anderson also apparently made it behind you.
4. How does Anderson reach the console before you? There appears to be only one way into that control room.
5. How does the Illusive Man control Shepard?
6. How does the Illusive Man control Anderson?
7. Why is Shepard bleeding out his left side when he was never shot there and that was where he shot Anderson?
8. The Star Child
9. Why would you create Synthetics to kill organcis to protect them from synthetics?
10. Why must I destroy all synthetic life?
11. Why is the Star Child even there, with his horrible logic, if I am just to assume he is lying.
12. How do your squadmates get onto the Normandy?
13. Why is Joker running away from an explosion?
14. Why is Joker now on a planet somewhere with my crew and my ship?
15. How does me jumping into a beam of light fuse all life on the genetic level?
a. The codex does not explain this either.
16. The Sword fleet is stranded in the Sol system?
17. The Mass Relays are destroyed... did it wipe out all life in the galaxy since it has been confirmed that the destruction of a mass relay can wipe out an entire system?
18.Why is Downloadable Content the last words you see?
19. Do the Quarians and Turians, who cannot eat human food starve?
20. What happens to my Love Interest?
21. If I save the Rachni, why do I not see them contribute to the final battle?
22. Why does Harbinger not make an appearance at the end to taunt me like in ME2?
23. RGB explosions
24. Shepard taking a breath in London at the end.
25. WHY are the choices of the other games not taken into account to decide how the game ends?
Here are some other opinions, plot holes and reviews:

... and there are so very many more. I don't know why I bothered, you could pick any thread pretty much and discover a thousand reasons. Its willing ignorance that allows people to ignore this while claiming to be logical. Nothing is more illogical than saying something has never been drawn out, when it has been drawn out a million different ways... then when being shown you are wrong to claim that it wasn't done in the right way for you. If you liked the ending fine... but there are enough holes in logic to drive a reaper through.
1. Reapers
2. Superioritie complex
3. Already dismissed that claim
4. He is in a different hallway and since they did not give a full camera view of the room, one can not simply state there were no alternate doors.
I could do this all day but then again this is the non spoiler section
Like I said before, these "plot holes" were created by people who just rush through the game and never read the codex.Your faith in such fail is disturbing.

Are you serious? Because I am having a hard time finding what you say to be a serious comment.
Partly because I refuse to believe that a living person can be that dumb and still maintain the ability to breath.
There have been HUNDREDS of posts that explain the plot holes and inconsistancies in various amounts of detail.
The main plot hole being the daft logic of the "Star Child".
We synthetics kill organics, to save organics from being killed by synthetics.
To which our very intelligent and sometimes snarky Commander Shepard had NO INPUT or argument against this nearly retarded logic that only a down-syndrome patient could come up with.
W.T.F is wrong with you?
We synthetics preserve organics to save organic life from being wiped out by sentient synthetic A.I.Trying to over simplify to get your point across makes you look like a moron grasping for straws.
Go stand in the corner and bask in your fail in silence.
You truly are as dumb as I thought.
You can't just wear a blinder and ignore the fact that there are plot holes and story inconsistancies just because you don't want to admit you are wrong.
If anyone is looking like a moron here, it's not me. It's you. And you are currently making it painfully obvious and putting yourself on display for everyone to see just how ignorant you are.
Congratulations. You are dumb.
I agree with you. I cannot understand this willing rejection of logic to try and act as if the illogical is logical and I am illogical for pointing as the illogical as what it is.

1. Joker had to go into the relay before the beam from the Citadel.
2. Joker is running away in conventional FTL, in which case he shouldn't have realy made it that far from Sol.
Now the questions:

Why would he leave me and take my crew? Joker and the crew would never do that. Its either do or die, no running away.

There is only one relay near earth and thats all dust
The Super secret project wasn't created in the sol system so joker would've had to move to help escort said project to the citadel. Logic huh?
Why would he be siting up in space with a war raging waiting for shep to call and say hes done shopping and needs pick up?

Lesson One: Sheer volume of questions doesn't legitimise any of them. You just asked 25 questions which were meant to show plotholes ... and you only managed ONE legitimate plothole complaint. In fact, after about 8 questions you just broke down and started saying things you wanted to see but weren't in the game ... which isn't a plothole, that's just "I wanted something and they didn't give me it". Why not just list "no little blue babies" as a plothole if that's the route you're going down.FirstKillshotN7 wrote...
1. How did the Citadel get to Earth? I didn't know it could move
A. The Reapers are god-like machines, but they can't move the Citadel?
2. Why would Harbinger leave before confirming Shepard was dead?
Why would it care about Shepard in particular? There's a fleet of warships battling above him, what makes one ground troop special, hm?
3. Why did your scout say that everyone had fallen but there was a person crawling on the battlefield, Shepard was alive and Anderson also apparently made it behind you.
He never said everyone fell. He said the ground forces had been decimated and no-one had made it to the beam (which they hadn't when he'd said that).
4. How does Anderson reach the console before you? There appears to be only one way into that control room.
He's Indoctrinated.
5. How does the Illusive Man control Shepard?
Indoctrination.
6. How does the Illusive Man control Anderson?
Indoctrination.
7. Why is Shepard bleeding out his left side when he was never shot there and that was where he shot Anderson?
Big frickin' laser hit him? Did you miss that?
8. The Star Child
What?
9. Why would you create Synthetics to kill organcis to protect them from synthetics?
Because synthetics which kill some organics is better than synthetics which kill ALL organics. Which is what the Reaper's cycles are designed to prevent ever happening.
10. Why must I destroy all synthetic life?
You don't. You have two other options.
11. Why is the Star Child even there, with his horrible logic, if I am just to assume he is lying.
Why would you assume he was lying?
12. How do your squadmates get onto the Normandy?
Who knows? Genuine plothole, probably going to be fixed in the EC.
13. Why is Joker running away from an explosion?
Why WOULDN'T Joker run away from an explosion? He's not an idiot.
14. Why is Joker now on a planet somewhere with my crew and my ship?
Did you miss the bit where he the Normandy got flung out of the mass relay corridor? The Normandy crash landed.
15. How does me jumping into a beam of light fuse all life on the genetic level?
It fuses Shepard's DNA with synthetic material to create synthetic DNA and spreads it across the galaxy wth the wave. That's not a plothole, that's at worst just silly writing.
a. The codex does not explain this either.
The codex is mean to explain everything for you?
16. The Sword fleet is stranded in the Sol system?
Yes. Not a plothole.
17. The Mass Relays are destroyed... did it wipe out all life in the galaxy since it has been confirmed that the destruction of a mass relay can wipe out an entire system?
No. Blowing up a relay and releasing its energy destroys an entire system. The relays' energy has all gone into making the wave.
