 Since we can't post in the sticky on this subject, I'll make my own thread and ask:

Are there any updates on those packs for PS3? Are they still even planned to be released? Obviously you guys haven't had anything new to report, with the only post in that sticky being 18 days ago, but I was curious...

As far as i'm aware that post had to do with a problem in purchasing them at the time they were able to be purchased (over 2 weeks ago). The resurgence pack is one of the special weekly timed packs, like the Premium Spectre packs this week, so you'll just have to wait till they come out again.
