I'm currently being told the EA Server is unavailable. Don't think it's quite the same issue though, since the Resurgence DLC can't be found either. I'd advise asking someone at EA live chat through Origin Help; they fixed the Online Pass thing for me a coupla days ago.

Ive tried 4 different advisors, all of whome told me the issue has not been fixed and to wait for a dev response.
Thier twitter sopport asked me to contact live support, so someone is getting it wrong and its gone beyond a damn joke.

Ive had the issue since Monday, and the last customer agent I spoke to on live support refused me a refund on the grounds of artistic integrity (I suspect a subtle joke there, oh Chandra, you whacky guy)

The same issue! And it lasts for 5 days for me.
The live chat with support is pointless, they unable to help us in this matter, all i got from these chat sessions is answer "Please wait 1-2 days, and if it wont work - contact us"!
Bioware, this situation is VERY dissapointing... If you cant fix it, can we get some update or ETA at least??

Days? My game has been broken for WEEKS because of this stupid "Online Pass" issue. There shouldn't even BE an Online Pass for PC it's for consoles FFS...

Although not always the case, this most likely means that your account was suspended/banned.
To get more information on your account state you can e-mail ME3AccountAdmin@bioware.com.
