I know there has been a lot of posts on this topic, but all of the ones I've seen so far have not mentioned my current situation and so I hope this post will help me find the answers I'm seeking.....I got Mass Effect from Steam and in the Mass Effect purchase it included Bring Down the Sky as a free DLC, I've now played through a bit of the game picked up Liara and done a lot of the side missions then looked to do the Bring Down the Sky DLC before going on to Noveria or Feros and it's not showing up in the Exodus Cluster and I was wondering if I'm missing something or that I've done to much of the game and lost access to the DLC and need to re start or to contact Steam and EA and ask for assistance.
Thanks

I didn't think Steam could legally distribute the DLC, but I might be wrong. If it isn't listed in the start menu under your downloadable content, then it isn't there. Easy enough (hopefully) for you to simply install it yourself.

Could have sworn I replied to this earlier but I'm having one of those days... Short answer is you don't have it because it doesn't come with the Steam bought game, or anybody else's as far as I know. It's DLC and as that implies you need to download it. If Steam are saying it's included I suspect they mean it's included in the price, which being free DLC it always was, rather than included in the download, which it certainly isn't. Unfortunately downloading it and getting the code is not as straightforward as it was as you now have to contact EA for a code, but it's a good mission and worth the effort.

Over the past 4-6 months, I have had ten or more comments I posted disappear into outer space. Usually, it is during server overload, and the forum software doesn't show the completed comment, just a banner message claiming that the comments was posted. If it was a long comment, I've often used Firefox's "back" button to return to my text, and saved it to the clipboard, then made certain that the comment really did get updated.
A few times, I have actually seen the thread appearing properly updated in the thread's page, and an hour later, it was gone.
