I recently just transferred all the files from my C drive to my new hard drive.
Everything runs fine, but it can't open my save games.
My question is: How do I make DA:O read my saved files?
I'm assuming there is a link to the BioWare folder that I have to fix, but I can't find it.

Need more info. Please detail exactly how you have "transferred all your files". In most cases, copying files across drives does not take into account registry settings and values. Duely diligent uninstalls from the source h/w and re-installs on the destination h/w are often the only way transfers work. Not just copying files across.
Since you haven't paid attention to the "READ FIRST" thread (so called for a reason!) there's too much guesswork to help much more. E.g. if the format/media of your DA installation source has changed, the way the saves work may also have changed.
