So I've just completed this ridiculously difficult expansion pack at level 24. Unfortunately, in order for me to properly beat it, I had to use about 10 or so runes on my party members in addition to equipping them with some weapons of my own. Unfortunately, now that I've completed it, I can't get these runes back in my main game, or in Witch Hunt which I'm trying now to complete before moving on to Awakening. I don't care too much about the Armor Runes as I know those likely can't be imported back into my main game, but aside from going back and defeating the Harvester without any of the runes or items equipped on my party members, is there any way for me to reacquire them?
Just beat Golems of Amgarrak -- How do I get all of my items back?

I'm not exactly sure what is the problem, you can't transfer anything from Golems into your main game (WH only) - equipped or not. You can only import Origins->Awakening->GoA->Witch Hunt, in this order. Awakening raises the level cap to 35, it is a lot easier to complete GoA with a level 35 character and with skill respec books for your companions (which you can get in Awakening).
And Witch Hunt is far easier than GoA. Also, you can make your own runes in Awakening.
