Yeah I ended up just playing through again and got the quest before I really started romancing her kinda needed that special bow you get for her since she is my ranged dos. Anyway thnxs for all the help guys.

Funny thing is... romance Leliana anyways... when she wants to become serious, she will make you choose between her and whoever you  are playing around with. Then once you have made your choice, Morrigan will initiate the break up as soon as you talk to her.

Guess if she want to play that way i'll just romance leliana and morrigan can just sit in camp wondering lol

Just a note... despite the official guide claiming you need 100% affection for Leliana, this is not true, at least not in my games (playing as female elf, multiple times). I have received her devotion very quickly and easily, and we eventually consumated our relationship very early on (did Broken Circle first after Lothering, then went to Denerim to deal with Leliana's personal quest/issue, then consumation before any other quests). I think my sleeping with her occurs at about 80%-90% approval, but far less than 100% anyway.



Morrigan is very amusing. Although she is not lesbian or bisexual, she is very pro-female (quite apparent in many of her dialogues). She is quite supportive of the romance with Leliana after it happens even though she is not personally oriented in that direction. I like her dialogue replies when talking about it.

Leliana is a swinger!? Nice... never tried as a female. May have to try that. Love triangle is also fun for a shot. During this circumstance there is a way to break up with Morrigan and only get a dissaproval of -10 from her. Infact after breaking up with her she started giving me a speach about how for the first time she enjoyed my company as a man. Never tried but I wonder if it's possible to re-initiate the triangle! lol

Leliana and Alister, I worked them both lei first then break up, romance Al till you can mention your tent, then hop back to lei and say your wrong. Had both in the 90s, mind games with the NPCs.

Well, Leliana was VERY close to her mentor, Marjolaine, you know? That's why her personal quest is so... well, personal. And very upsetting for her, of course... which is why she is paranoid about trusting anyone ever again, too.

One thing to remember about Leliana's personality: she's very much a romantic and hyper-feminine in her tastes despite her somewhat brutal background and profession. Of course, being romantic and loving legends, myths, and tales matches her bard surface professional elements regardless of the darker aspects of the trade. Anyway, when talking with her, remember that she prefers acting much younger than she really is, and much more naive than her actual experiences would indicate. She prefers indirect use of power to accomplish her goals (perfect for her rogue operations, of course).

if her approval is too low when you finish the quest, do you lose your chance?

I did it and easily. Heres how: *SPOILERS*


- Answered all questions nicely at first, listened to all her stories, answered maker is good etc etc, i agree with her wacky ideas etc.

Once you are of reasonable level she will tell you about her history. Then following that you get a random encounter of people wanting to kill her.

Interrogate the person and let him go. You know get her quest.

Speak to leilana in camp about her mother, then give her andrastes grace flowers. At some time in camp you get a Leliana instant cutscene. Say sweet things to her and kiss her when you get the option. You can then always kiss.

Go to Orzammar and wait until she says she likes nugs. Speak to idle dwarf in lower town to get it.

Do the dalish quests and leiliana will chat some more and sing.

Give her more chantry items. Then go and do the quest with her.

You can speak to her, hardening her up or keeping her soft, and have sex after this.

Did all that (not in that order) but nothing happen. All I get is repeat of her stories.

I'm not sure what I did wrong. I got as far as completing her companion quest and I think I covered all personal gifts. Now there are no other conversation options.

I just found one method for getting around the problem of leveling her up too quickly. I too just showered her with gifts without actually speaking to her enough so that even though she was at 100, she wouldn't invite me into her tent or go on her personal quest. What you do is this: After you solve the Alienage problem and talk to Anora by herself, get the conversation to where she will allow you to be the prince consort. Go back to the camp before you start the Landsmeet quest, and Leliana will be waiting for you to talk about it. She asks if you love her (Anora). Tell her it is the best for Ferelden, to which she will agree, but her approval drops 26 points to 74. Leave camp, skip to a location, and come straight back to the camp. After doing this twice, she met me at the camp with the "I lied" thread that you can read about from above postings. Follow the advice from there. Hop to another location, and you will be met by the Assassins. Deal with them however you want, then go back to camp and talk to Leliana again. Go to Denerim, and deal with Marjoline. Go back to camp and talk to her again. I had to leave camp once and come back to her to get to the "she was someone special to you" part, and had to come back yet again for the "I hope I can be special to you one day" and voila! Into the tent we went, as often as I wanted! I didn't have to max her back to 100 though, I think she was at 91 when we went into the tent. Got the trophy, which is cool, and now her and Morrigan are trading insults back and forth, which is pretty cool to listen to. I now have Morigan and Leliana at 100, and still get to marry Anora. Too bad I can't get a 4-way with them.

You can't sleep with her until you do her personal quest.
