 I have not received a commendation pack from the previous weekend event, even though i completed several gold rounds. I looked on the forums and people say to go to origin, and go to live chat customer support and report the error. But everytime i got to origin it wont let me click on email/live chat or even phone call. really annoying. 

By what other means can I contact customer support?


P.S. = Totally off topic, but I recieved an M-90 Indra from a spectre pack today. It was black  ( ultra rare ), but it sucks. How come I do not see this gun on muliplayer manifest?
