This video's a mixed bag. On the one hand, he's spot on with his actual point - that Dragon age 2 takes 'real world' cliches conflicts people can relate to and applies them in fantasy form.
But then he messes up his argument by calling it a good thing. <sigh> It's not. Not for me at least. I play fantasy RPGs to get away from the real world, not to revisit it. If I wanted to do the latter, I'd just watch CNN.
Also his bizzare name dropping of Tolkien and Shakespeare made me cringe.

Very good stuff. Thanks for the link. I noticed he made an excellent video regarding the ending of Mass Effect 3 as well. I only hope someone at EA watches them.
