Here are a few more to round out the field:

Friends Like These- Garrus, Tali, Joker, Chakwas and MShep, (T, Humor/Friendship) - When Commander Shepard begins to disappear off the Normandy at odd times, theold crew from the SR1 unite to investigate.

Just Like Old Times - Tali, Garrus (T, Friendship, one shot) - Tali joins Shepard on the rebuilt Normandy SR2 and is mortified to find it is now a Cerberus ship. She wants nothing more than to escape until she meets an old friend.

Second - Garrus, Miranda, Tali, Jacob (M for language, Drama/Friendship) - With Shepard away on a mission, the squad begins to chafe under Miranda's command and plot to have Garrus replace her as XO. Garrus isn't sure
mutiny is the answer.

The Lioness and the Bull - Grunt, Jack (M for violence, language) - Two of the Normandy's most unstable squad mates are left behind on guard duty which results in the only outcome possible between them: brutal violence.

Sinvraal's Iunctio:Wrex is the only Wrex-centred fic I've read, but it's truly excellent.

A Memory Shared, a Connection Forged by Bebus: Liara/FShep (M, sci fi/romance, long, ongoing). Liara shares a dream with the SPECTRE keeping her hostage. A mostly canon story of ME1 as Liara would see it, but not always from Liara's perspective.

The Collectors are defeated, but Shepard still has to rally the galaxy to fight in incoming blight. Little does he know, there is more to the Reapers' history and intentions than first thought. I finally finished chapter two to Mass Effect Terra Nova. I'm still new at this so please give me as much helpful criticism as you can. I only just uploaded it so it isn't able to be seen yet so be patient.

Mass Effect 3: The Last Stand 
Flynn Silvers is an N7 Soldier, just shy of the top most rank when the Reapers invaded the earth. Follow this one soldier as he fights to get a group of civilians and his friends off-world before it's too late.

Sleep
Commander Shepard had enjoyed the good food and soft beds when he was grounded. During his final moments he wished that he could experiance them just for one last time. My own take on the Ending to ME3 pre-EC with a tribute to the character I spent 8 years with.
