 Mass Effect: Darkest Hour
Lieutenant James Wolfe is having the worst day of his life when the world decides to end. His girlfriend refused to marry him, his mother has announced that she has an incurable form of Eezo infection and his sister’s mental condition is worsening. When the Reapers land in the city of Philadelphia, he joins the desperate and futile attempt to fight back. Despite overwhelming loss of life, hope remains when the local resistance receives a strange transmission stating it contains vital information on defeating the Reapers. Unfortunately, no one can crack the security code the plans are concealed in.
No one except Kylie, Wolfe’s sister.
With a little help from an eccentric infiltrator and the powerful biotic who refused to wear his ring, James must carry this transmission into the rural reaches of Pennsylvania. The group must evade Reaper forces and mercenaries gone rogue in the vain hope that Kylie will be able to crack the mysterious code during Earth’s darkest hour.

Does anyone know of any good TwinShep (MShep / FShep) fics? I saw duet and though that sounded like a good idea but its only one chapter so far, so wanted to see if there were any other decent ones out there.

A little background fic for a Spacer/War Hero Shepard. Hannah meets her daughter after Elysium.

Just a short bit of drabble that popped into my head. Shepard's first name is Jane. (Had to pick something. Hannah wouldn't think of her daughter as Shepard, obviously. )

I can’t really help you, but I find twin or sibling Sheps an interesting premise, too — I think it has a lot of potential. The author of “Duet” is still working on the story so hopefully we’ll have a bit more of that at least.

I recently found one that I actually really liked - where MShep died at the end of ME2 and a sister FShep has to take charge. It's good and I like how she has to prove herself to the team (and herself).

Its called Uplifted, and the premise is that after the Quarians are expelled from their home by the Geth during the morning war, instead of waiting 300 years like in canon, they decide to uplift a species to fight the geth for them. The species is Humanity, and the Quarians arrive during WW2.

I'm sorry if this was posted before, but I didn't see Koobismo's story about Marauder Shields here. It has turned into an amazing story taking place during the Priority Earth mission.

I want to add that it is not only Mr Shields in this story, but many other ME characters aswell.

Defying your Gods
A Turian Spectre is sent to recruit a young Quarian Biotic to both obtain her as an operative and strengthen Quarian relations. She has, for some reason, rejected the invitation to join the Spectres, and our Turian, Faoshif, is sent to investigate and possibly convince her to accept membership into the exclusive force.

Only got three chapters so far, keeping them around 2000 words per chapter at first, but might lengthen them as the plot progresses.
