That proved impossible, and they settled for better then before. They didn't know their construction was also highly prone to failure. Now he'll have to lean on his new crew of unknowns, some old friends, a past love, and a new one even more fragile then he.

I don't see this one in the main list. Just wanted to give it a hearty "second!" -- there's a lot of fantastic character interactions and dialogue, and it's not strict ME2-canon-compliant so there's actually some plot surprises.

"The Miracle of Palaven" is one I strongly recommend. This and Galaxy at War: N7 I personally consider part of my headcanon for ME3.....

That's unfortunately true, and every time I see this thread with new replies, it makes me think that someone should create a new thread for listing them, since lillitheris is unable to update it. But it means a lot of work, so it's not something you can really ask anyone to do.

It's a shame that the moderators won't budge on her ban. I was hoping that lillitheris' contributions to this forum could warrant a second chance, especially since the reason for the ban was apparently not a big deal, but alas, that's not the case.

I don't read a lot of fanfic myself, nor have I posted any, so it's not that I'm personally affected by it as such. It's just a bit sad when people keep contributing to this thread, most of them probably unaware that the stories can't be added to the list

And here I thought nobody else here read that. The Miracle of Palaven is one of those fics which are so good I consider them canon, them being non-official be damned.

Seriously guys, you need to read this series especially if you like long stories with all of them together currently totalling the word count at 978,097 (by comparision the entire Harry Potter series totals about 1,084,170 words)! Melaradark has certainly put thought into her writing and I can't wait to see how it all turns out

It’s been raining almost non-stop for over two months, casting London into a foggy twilight. Almost like the Earth is trying to wash away the stains of the war. At least the grey weather matches her mood. Overhead, lighting backlights the dark ominous clouds covering the sky, as Kaidan shields her with an umbrella and a nurse pushes her wheelchair to the waiting shuttle. From street level it almost looks ordinary; People are about and the street lights lit in the stormy twilight. Even a deli across from the hospital is open, serving emergency rations instead of fresh sandwiches, but one could not see that from this distance....
