First, this is a screenshot from my Playstation 3, not an Xbox.  Though I don't know if that's really relevant since it would be annoying either way.
At times, though not always, this will dominate the screen when I reload from death.  It does not go away once it happens and the only thing that fixes it is turning off the game and reloading it.  Even quitting to the title menu to load a save doesn't fix it once it happens.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, any ideas on what to do to fix this?  The load times are bad enough as is without having to reload the game every other time I die.
