Since Wardens are kinda 'pointless' aside of Blights, I say witcher. Definitely a witcher.

They are both pretty cool though I think I like Witchers slightly more because I like the realism and universe of the Witcher a lot more.

Yeah, I'd have to say Witcher, on account of how a Grey Warden will inevitably become a ghoul or die in the Deep Roads, no matter how competent. Being ostracized for your magical powers at least comes with the bonus of having magical powers.

A Warden.... No thanks. Taint, nightmares, no family, no private life? Bah.

I'd rather "just" be Hawke. If I have to be "special", I'd prefer to be a Spirit Monk or Shepard.

Or....for the classics.... a Schattenjaeger (Shadow Hunter) like Gabriel Knight. :wub:

Ciri never went through the trial of grasses. Most men don't even survive the trial. Take it up with Sapkowski.

They both seem like terrible things to be, but if I'm to die at the hands of some monster I'd rather be revered by the masses before hand. I'd go warden, especially if I could specify a mage warden.

I'm going to go against the trend, and say Grey Warden.

Sure your life is short and destined to end violently, but the 20 or 30 years before that time is lived to the fullest. Most people revere and respect you.

A Witcher in contrast lives most of his life as an outcast that is generally reviled, until someone needs him.

I'd rather live a full life and go out in a blaze of glory.
