I'm trying to undo the changes to spells made in patch 1.02.  I intend to keep doing this with every patch so that we can always keep the game rules as they were at release while still getting bug fixes.

But I literally have no idea where to start.  Do I need to write new scripts, or can I just change the base values that the scripts modify (from ABI_BASE)?  And either way, ABI_BASE appears not to list Blizzard's duration, and I can't find cooldown numbers anywhere.
